Tomatoes on the vine

As these tomatoes are allowed to ripen to a later stage of maturity, they have a higher sugar content; the brighter the fruit, the sweeter it will be! Like all tomatoes, our TOVs are an excellent source of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nuritents.  

Perfect tossed with basil and fresh mozzarella, chopped into a salad, or sliced into a burger.

At home, store vine tomatoes out of sunlight at room temperature until ripened, then at cooler temperatures for longer storage.
